Place the base on the ground and rotate both feet by 90 degrees so the feet are perpendicular to the base's frame.
Step #2 - Support poles
Connect the 3-section support poles and insert the largest section into the hole at the bottom of the base.
Step #3 - Header Bar
Gently lift the header bar upwards, then pull the banner up at a slight angle from the top header bar to the base.
Step #4 - Connect the header bar and pole
Connect the hook at the top header bar to the notch at the end of the support pole.
